1.Utah Geography	Look over all the different types of terrain in Utah and make a list of three places you would like to visit some day. Go to these places using GoogleEarth and explore.	Students will have these layers: Street view, Weather, Terrain, Places of Interest
2.Saint George	Look at the different weather temperatures in the given areas and make predictions about the activities people can do based upon the weather	Layers: Terrain and Weather
3.Logan	Look at the different weather temperatures and compare/contrast it to Saint George	Layers: Terrain and Weather
4.Lake Powell	Identify all different types of geographic elements around the lake	Layers: Terrain and Weather

We are using the poem "Sick" by Shel Sivlerstein. We are using this as an example to have students create their own digital story this will fulfill State standard one which states: oral language students will develop language for the purpose of effectivly communicating through listening, speaking, viewing and presenting. This will introduce the project to the students and provide them with opportunity to learn oral communication and technology skills. We will be using photostory to create our digital story.
